Grow bags are consumables, which makes what they are made of a procurement decision rather than a detail. This one is built from recycled non-woven fibre, so the felt carries the same breathable, draining behaviour while drawing on reclaimed material. The round body runs from 1 gallon up to 25 gallon, which covers a windowsill herb pot and a potato crop in the same wall, and stitched fabric handles take the weight when a full bag is lifted. Black, green and tan are all in production.
A grow bag is used for one or two seasons and then replaced, which makes the material it is made from part of the buying decision rather than an afterthought.

The felt is made from recycled non-woven fibre, and it behaves the way felt should: air reaches the root zone, surplus water leaves through the wall, and compost drains instead of sitting waterlogged against the roots. Roots meet air at the face and stop there, which is what produces a fibrous root ball rather than one coiled round the base. Using reclaimed fibre means the bag carries its own sustainability case on a shelf or in a tender document, without changing how it grows.

The same wall runs across 1, 3, 5, 10 and 25 gallon, so a programme can start a plant small and step it up without changing material. Small formats sit on a windowsill or a railing, mid sizes run herbs and tomatoes on a balcony, and the 25 gallon format takes potatoes and larger flowering plants. Colours run black, green and tan so rows and varieties stay apart. The wall system is shared across the air pruning pot range.

| Colour | Black, green, tan, or customised |
| Handles | Stitched fabric handles |
| Base | Flat stitched base |
| Packing | Bag, pallet or carton |

Handles are stitched through the wall rather than run along a single seam, so a full bag can be lifted without the anchor pulling out of the felt. The rim is turned and stitched so the bag keeps its shape when it is dragged into position, and the flat base lets it stand without support while it is filled. Where crops finish below the surface, the window format lets the tubers be picked by hand. Larger formats sit with the tree and nursery container range.

Tell us which formats, colours and volumes your programme runs, since the ladder is built to order and mixed sizes ship in one load. Orders leave in bags, on pallets or in cartons, and the flat bag stores in a fraction of the space a stack of rigid pots takes. The wider soft container range sits in the planting bag range. Container and growing media supply is covered at HortiDaily and FreshPlaza.
Is recycled felt as durable as virgin felt?
The wall is built to the same job: it breathes, drains and holds its shape under a full root ball, with the fibre drawn from reclaimed material.
Which size should we quote for potatoes?
The 10 and 25 gallon formats are the ones used for potato crops, with the smaller sizes for herbs, flowers and salad.
How are bulk orders packed?
In bags, on pallets or in cartons, with mixed sizes and colours combined in one load.

Tell us the formats, colours and volumes your programme needs, and we will come back with the packing plan, sample and lead time.
