Question 1

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Accepted Answer

We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Sichuan Zhifang Net Industry Co., Ltd runs its own production, R&D and sales under one roof, in a plant of nearly 10,000 square meters equipped with more than 50 sets of production machinery. Annual capacity reaches 20 million square meters, so large seasonal orders are routine for us.

Question 2

What products do you manufacture?

Accepted Answer

We cover 14 series: energy-saving screens, reflective shading screens, high-transparent energy-saving screens, light diffusion screens, plastic knitted nets, blackout screens, outdoor shade sails, insect nets, anti-hail nets, ground covers, rain-sheltered mesh membranes, PE root control containers and growing bags. We also supply complete greenhouse shading systems and accessories.

Question 3

What does your 500kly guarantee mean for UV resistance?

Accepted Answer

We only use virgin imported and domestic raw materials with UV anti-violet and anti-aging formulas, plus our own shaping treatment. Our screens carry a 500kly guarantee, which is the industry measure of how much ultraviolet energy the fabric withstands before degradation. In practice this is why our nets keep both their strength and their shape, without shrinking.

Question 4

How do you control product quality before shipment?

Accepted Answer

Every batch runs through in-house testing on insulation, aging, weight, sunshade rate and tensile strength. Because we test in our own laboratory instead of sampling externally, specification deviations are caught before the goods are packed, and our production follows an ISO 9001 quality management system with SGS tested materials.

Question 5

Can I customize the size, color, or specifications for my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer full customization including dimensions, colors, shading rates, and fabric weights. You can specify custom sizes for shade nets, ground covers, and fence screens, or choose specific volumes (4-15 gallons) for planting bags. Simply share your project requirements with our team at Sichuan Zhifang Net Industry, and we will design a tailored solution that meets your exact growing or construction needs.

Question 6

How do I choose the right product for my specific application?

Accepted Answer

The choice depends on your primary goal. Use shade nets for temperature control and crop protection; ground covers for weed suppression and moisture retention; air pruning pots for healthy root development; and fence screens for privacy and wind reduction. Our experts at Sichuan Zhifang Net Industry can recommend the optimal product based on your climate, crop type, and budget to ensure the best value.

Question 7

What is the lifespan of your shade nets, ground covers, and fence screens?

Accepted Answer

Shade nets and ground covers typically last 3-5 years under normal outdoor conditions, while fence screens offer a lifespan of 5-7 years. Our HDPE knitted fabrics are UV-stabilized to resist degradation from prolonged sun exposure. Sichuan Zhifang Net Industry ensures that all products are engineered for long-term field performance, with air pruning pots and planting bags also providing 3-5 years of reliable service in nursery applications.

Question 8

What is your warranty and quality guarantee policy?

Accepted Answer

We provide a 5-year quality guarantee against material defects for all products, including shade nets, ground covers, and fence screens. Our HDPE and non-woven fabrics are manufactured under strict ISO 9001 standards to ensure consistent quality. Sichuan Zhifang Net Industry offers technical support and replacement parts throughout the product lifespan.

Question 9

What is the lead time for bulk orders?

Accepted Answer

Peak season lead time is approximately 30-45 days, while off-season orders are typically fulfilled within 20-25 workdays. Custom orders may require additional time for production and shipping. We recommend placing orders in advance to secure your preferred specifications, and our logistics team at Sichuan Zhifang Net Industry will provide real-time updates throughout the shipping process.
