A grow bag is normally a consumable, which means a repeat order every season and a skip full of felt at the end of it. This one is built to be washed and used again: the felt takes a rinse and comes back into service, so a trade buyer is selling a reusable article rather than a liner. A front pocket keeps ties, a trowel or a feed scoop outside the growing area, and the handles and inside anchors are serged and reinforced where the load sits.
A grow bag is normally a consumable: buy a batch, use it, replace it next season. That is a repeat order for the supplier and a skip full of felt for the grower, and neither has to be the only option.

The felt is dense enough to take a rinse between crops and come back into use rather than being replaced, which is the difference between selling a consumable and selling a reusable article. The wall still breathes and drains the way felt should, so air reaches the root zone and surplus water leaves instead of sitting against the roots. Roots meet air at the face and stop, which produces a fibrous root ball rather than one coiled round the base. A front pocket keeps ties, a trowel or a feed scoop outside the growing area.

Strawberries, watermelons, onions and salad crops all run in the same wall, on nursery benches or on patios where there is no ground to plant into. Because the bag is washable it suits a trade buyer selling into garden centres, where the second season matters as much as the first. Handles are stitched through the wall so a full bag can be lifted by hand. The wall system is shared across the air pruning pot range.

| Use | Nursery trade and retail growing |
| Material | Non-woven felt fabric |
| Form | Round |
| Care | Washable, rinse and reuse between seasons |
| Front pocket outside the growing area | |
| Handles | Stitched fabric handles |
| Seams | Serged seams, reinforced at the anchors |
| Packing | Bag, pallet or carton |

The handle anchors are stitched through the wall with a doubled, reinforced seam, and the inside edges are serged rather than cut clean, so the felt does not fray along the seam when the bag is washed and turned. That is what makes a second and third season realistic. The front pocket hangs outside the growing area, so using it does not disturb the root ball, and the flat base lets the bag stand while it is filled. Starter trays sit alongside in the seedling and propagation range.

Tell us the diameters, volumes and pocket formats your programme works to, since the body is built to order and printing can be added on programme runs. Orders ship in bags, on pallets or in cartons, and the flat bag stores in a fraction of the space a stack of rigid pots takes. The wider soft container range sits in the planting bag range. Container and growing media supply is covered at HortiDaily and FreshPlaza.
Can the bag really be reused?
Yes. The felt takes a rinse between crops, and the seams are serged and reinforced so the bag does not fray when it is washed and turned.
Does the pocket affect the roots?
The pocket hangs outside the growing area, so putting a trowel or ties in it does not disturb the root ball.
How are bulk orders packed?
In bags, on pallets or in cartons, with mixed sizes combined in one load.

Tell us the sizes, quantities and any printing your programme needs, and we will come back with the packing plan, sample and lead time.
