Root control only works when the container is available in the size a position needs, and this range is built to cover the ladder: 15 cm rounds for liners, mid formats for shrubs and hedge lines, and containers up to 200 cm across for tree stock. Base plates match the container range from 15 to 60 cm, so a programme can kit out a whole nursery from one production source. The studded wall stops root tips at the openings and keeps the root ball fibrous, in PE or PVC from 0.6 to 1.5 mm, with colours and samples on request.
A root control programme lives or dies on fit: the container has to exist in the size each position needs, and the supply has to be consistent from one batch to the next. This range is built that way, from 15 cm rounds up to 200 cm containers, produced in one workshop so every size behaves the same.

Every stud on the wall carries an opening, and each opening is where a root tip meets air instead of soil. The tip stops there, and the plant answers by branching new roots further back, which is what keeps a lifted root ball fibrous instead of coiled. The same openings drain the container, so rows under irrigation never sit in standing water, and the wall stays stiff through filling, lifting and re-potting.

Containers arrive as panels that stack flat and lock together with screws on site around a base plate, so set-out day runs at the pace of the planting plan rather than the freight schedule. A crew assembles the sizes a row needs, drops them into position, and the same panels lift and re-pot with the stock as it grows. The wall geometry is shared across the air pruning pot range, so a programme does not relearn handling from size to size.

Base plates run from 15 to 60 cm and match the container ladder, so a row of small rounds and a block of large tree containers can stand on the same system. Buyers kitting out a site order sizes and plates together in one load, and positions that change from liner to specimen over time move up the dimensions without changing supplier or system. The large formats are covered in the tree and nursery container range.

The range comes off one production line in Sichuan, in PE or PVC from 0.6 to 1.5 mm, which is why sizes, colours and base plates can be mixed freely in a single order. Programme buyers add samples for testing, standard black or matched colours for readability on site, and packing in woven bag or carton for the trip. Soft containers for flexible growing sit in the planting bag range. Trade coverage of production practice runs at HortiDaily and FreshPlaza.
How is a container assembled on site?
Panels stack flat for freight and lock together with screws around the base plate; the size that goes into the ground is the size assembled.
Does one system really cover liners to tree stock?
Yes. Diameters run 15-200 cm with base plates from 15 to 60 cm, so a programme can kit small rounds and large tree containers out of the same range.
Can sizes, plates and colours be mixed in one order?
Yes. Everything ships from one production source: standard black, white or matched colours, mixed loads, and samples available.

Tell us the positions, sizes and volumes your programme runs, and we will come back with the kit list, packing plan and lead time.
