Staging a crop up usually means buying pots at each step and ending with a shed full of sizes nobody wants. This range is built the other way: the same black felt wall runs from a 1 gallon starter right up to 400 gallon, so a programme can move a plant along without changing the material it is growing in. The felt breathes and drains while it lasts, and it is made to break down after use, so spent bags do not have to be collected as plastic. A green bound rim protects the top edge and stitched fabric handles take the load at lifting.
Buying grow bags usually means buying a size, then buying another size when the plant outgrows it, and ending up with a stack of formats nobody wants. This range is built so that does not have to happen.

The same felt wall runs across the whole ladder, so a plant stays in the same material from a 1 gallon starter through 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 30 gallon and on to 400 gallon for field stock. Nothing about the growing medium changes as the plant moves up, which is what keeps the roots working the same way each time. The felt breathes and passes surplus water, so compost drains rather than sitting waterlogged, and roots meet air at the wall and stop instead of coiling round the base.

Small formats sit on a bench or a balcony rail, mid sizes run in nursery rows, and the 400 gallon format takes field stock that has to be lifted and moved. The felt is made to break down after use, so spent bags do not have to be gathered and sent away as plastic. Potatoes, vegetables and hanging planters all run in the same wall. The wall system is shared across the air pruning pot range.

Handles are stitched fabric straps set into the wall rather than a loop run through a single seam, so a full bag can be lifted without the anchor pulling out of the felt. The bound green rim keeps the top edge rigid enough to hold the bag open while it is filled, and the flat base lets it stand on paving or a bench without tipping. The largest formats move on a trolley and sit with the tree and nursery container range.

Tell us which formats your programme runs, since the ladder is built to order and mixed sizes can ship in one load. Orders leave in bags, on pallets or in cartons, and the flat bag stores in a fraction of the space a stack of rigid pots takes. The wider soft container range sits in the planting bag range. Container and growing media supply is covered at HortiDaily and FreshPlaza.
Do all the sizes use the same felt?
Yes. The wall is the same across the ladder from 1 gallon to 400 gallon, so the growing medium behaves the same way as the plant is moved up.
What happens to the bags afterwards?
The felt is made to break down after use, so spent bags are not left behind as plastic waste at the end of the cycle.
How are bulk orders packed?
In bags, on pallets or in cartons, with mixed sizes combined in one load.

Tell us the formats, colours and volumes your programme needs, and we will come back with the packing plan, sample and lead time.
