Two questions decide whether a grow bag can be sold into a regulated market: what it is made of, and who has tested it. This one answers both. The material is BPA free and has passed SGS certification, which is the document a retailer or a municipal buyer asks for before listing anything that holds food crops. The wall is a 210G build, a 300G outer fabric over a 200G liner, roughly an eighth of an inch thick, which is what holds its shape over multiple seasons.
Two questions decide whether a grow bag can be sold into a regulated market: what it is made of, and who has tested it. Neither is answered by a photograph of a plant.

The material is BPA free and has passed SGS certification, which is the document a retailer or a municipal buyer asks for before listing anything that holds food crops. That matters as much as the felt itself, because a bag without the paperwork is a bag that cannot be quoted into those channels at all. The same certification covers the material being permeable and plant friendly, which is what the growing performance rests on.

The wall is a 210G series build: a 300G heavy duty outer fabric over a 200G liner, giving roughly an eighth of an inch of thickness. The outer layer carries the load and resists tearing, and the liner keeps fine compost in and holds the shape, which is why the bag stands up rather than slumping once it is filled. It breathes and drains through both layers, so the same bag runs hydroponic media and soil, and roots meet air at the wall and stop rather than coiling. The wall system is shared across the air pruning pot range.

| Use | Hydroponic and soil planting |
| Material | Non-woven felt, 300G outer over 200G liner |
| Series | 210G series grow bags |
| Wall thickness | Approximately 1/8 inch |
| Certification | SGS tested, BPA free |
| Root control | Air pruning at the wall |
| Handles | Stitched fabric handles |
| Packing | Bag, pallet or carton |

The handle anchors are stitched through both layers rather than only the outer fabric, so a full bag is carried by the structure and not by one thickness of felt. The base is finished flat and stitched so the bag stands level while it is filled, and the rim is turned to stop the outer fabric fraying where it is gripped. Starter trays sit alongside in the seedling and propagation range.

Tell us the diameters, volumes and quantities your programme works to, since the felt is needled to order and a printed logo can be added on programme quantities. Orders ship in bags, on pallets or in cartons, and the flat bag stores in a fraction of the space a stack of rigid pots takes. The wider soft container range sits in the planting bag range. Container and growing media supply is covered at HortiDaily and FreshPlaza.
Is the material certified?
It is BPA free and has passed SGS certification, which is the documentation most retail and municipal buyers ask for.
What does the 210G series mean?
A 300G heavy duty outer fabric over a 200G liner, roughly an eighth of an inch thick, which is what makes the wall hold its shape.
How are bulk orders packed?
In bags, on pallets or in cartons, with mixed sizes combined in one load.

Tell us the sizes, quantities and any documentation your programme needs, and we will come back with the packing plan, sample and lead time.
