Most grow bag ranges jump from a small pot straight to a large one, with nothing to step a plant into in between. This one runs eight sizes: 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 20 gallon, so a seedling can be moved up twice without changing material or supplier. The wall is the same non-woven felt at every size, which is what keeps the growing medium behaving consistently as the plant is stepped up. Black and green are standard, with customised logo printing on programme orders.
Most grow bag ranges jump from a small pot straight to a large one. There is nothing in between to move a plant into, so it either stays too long or goes up too far.

The ladder runs 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15 and 20 gallon, so a seedling can be stepped up twice before it reaches its final format. Because every size is the same non-woven felt, the growing medium drains and holds the same way at each move, which is what stops a plant stalling after it is potted on. The wall breathes, so air reaches the root zone and roots branch at the face rather than circling the base of the bag.

Black and green are both standard, which lets a grower separate varieties or a retailer run a colour story on a shelf. Customised logo printing is available on programme quantities, with the artwork placed on the wall rather than on a label that can be peeled off. Vegetables, carrots, strawberries, potatoes and tomatoes all run in the same wall, on patios, balconies and nursery rows. The wall system is shared across the air pruning pot range.

Because the ladder is designed to be stepped through, the handles are stitched through the wall on every size rather than only on the large ones, so a plant can be lifted and moved without disturbing the root ball. The base is finished flat so each bag stands level while it is filled, and the rim is turned to stop the felt fraying through repeated handling. Smaller propagation formats sit alongside in the seedling and propagation range.

Tell us which sizes, colours and printing your programme runs, since the ladder is built to order and mixed formats ship in one load. Orders leave in bags, on pallets or in cartons, and the flat bag stores in a fraction of the space a stack of rigid pots takes. The wider soft container range sits in the planting bag range. Container and growing media supply is covered at HortiDaily and FreshPlaza.
Why so many sizes?
Eight formats between 1 and 20 gallon mean a plant can be stepped up twice without changing material, which is what stops it stalling after potting on.
Can our logo be printed on the bag?
Yes. Printing is available on programme quantities and goes onto the felt wall rather than onto a label.
How are bulk orders packed?
In bags, on pallets or in cartons, with mixed sizes and colours combined in one load.

Tell us the sizes, colours and quantities your programme needs, and we will come back with the packing plan, sample and lead time.
